Rachel Piper

Rachel grew up in the English countryside and has happy childhood memories of helping her family grow (and eat) vegetables in their garden, inspiring her lasting passion for nature.

She has always worked in the third sector, originally training as a youth worker specialising in working with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Rachel has been working as start-up business advisor for the last five years, supporting individuals to develop and launch their own businesses, many of these in Leith.
