Notes: It might be worth stating that we do not offer repeat bookings – e.g. a weekly yoga class? Or is this something we want to accommodate for community groups e.g. morning slots during the week – especially during winter months when I suspect events bookings will drop until Christmas? Thoughts welcome on other ways to occupy the building during slower months – Maybe another evening workshop block using the event workshops on offer? Venue space(s): Garden Room plus optional one table outside with chairs/benches by the glass sliding doors. (Glass sliding doors allow one entire corner of the Garden room to open). Your package includes the following options: Tables and chairs arranged to request (tables come with tablecloths and a fresh Croft flower jar). Optional Bluetooth Ultimate Ears speaker. Wi-Fi access. Optional Panasonic LCD Commercial projector PTZM series (indoor use only). Water jugs and glasses. Tableware x 30. Catered or self-catered. Total costing break-down of day slots: Venue hire = £105 Total = £200? To confirm with Evie. Total costing break-down of evening slot: Venue hire = £260 (£60 extra for a second person for 4 hours at £15 p/h)
